All buyers must follow these terms. Failure to do so may result in being blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

Buyer's responsibilities

I MUST have a clear reference sheet. I also recommend sending a clear color palette reference so color dropping is easier for me and I can get your character's colors as accurate as possible.
Don't pester me for updates. I will provide updates as I work on your commission and pestering me will only stress me out.
You are free to use your commission for personal use ONLY. Commercial rights (things commissioned to be sold for things like merch) can be negotiated at an additional cost.

My responsibilities

I will provide updates as I work on your commission. These updates will be provided as I finish the sketch, lines, and colors.
I will refund you the full price of your commission if I have not started it yet. If I have started it, I will refund all but the cost of what is finished as seen in my commission information.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if I have not finished the commissioned piece yet. I will not refund you if the piece is finished.

Unwarranted chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist and you will no longer be able to commission me.

Cancellation Policy

I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason, including client behavior. Any negative behavior towards me or anyone else (including but not limited to harassment, pestering me for updates, and scamming) will result in a cancellation of the commission and a blacklist. You will still be refunded according to my refund policy.

Reasons I will NOT cancel a commission include no longer wanting to do the commission and occasional requests for updates.

Commissions for commercial purposes

I am willing to do commissions for commercial purposes*; however it will cost extra, generally about 50% of the original cost added onto the original price (for example, if your commission costed $30, the cost for it to be commercial would be $45).

*By commercial purposes, I mean exclusively things like merch, including things you commission with the intent to sell on sites like RedBubble. Essentially things you're selling as a product to others.

PAYMENT

I only take payment via Stripe invoice, due to issues with PayPal in the past. I deeply apologize if this causes inconvenience for you.

Any attempt to persuade me to use another way of payment will result in a cancellation of the commission and a possible blacklist. I will ONLY take payment via Stripe invoice, and that is final..

Hold Policy

I AM willing to do holds on adopts and commission slots. I will only offer holds for a maximum of three days, after which the commission slot/adopt will no longer be on hold for you and will go up for sale for someone else to buy.

Once the 3 day hold period is over, you will no longer be able to put a hold on the adopt/commission slot. I will not extend a hold under any circumstances and any attempts to guilt me into doing so will result in being blacklisted and blocked.

I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason. Any harassment or pestering for me to do a commission for you after being turned down may result in a blacklist.

In the following circumstances, I may also make a public beware post:

Scam attempts
Commissioning me for a sketch/lineart and using AI to bypass commissioning me for a full art piece
Harassment
Guilt tripping

I will ONLY make a public beware post if I deem it necessary to protect other artists. Otherwise, you will simply be blacklisted from commissioning me.
